I’m Nicole Dalton—a Physician Assistant board certified in Lifestyle Medicine and Menopause Weight Loss Coach.
Outside of coaching, I’m married and a mom to three sons. I was a college athlete and became a triathlete as an adult. As a family, we love new outdoor adventures and traveling with intention and purpose—exploring new places and making meaningful memories together.
I also have polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). When perimenopause brought changes to my own body, I experienced how frustrating it can be when what used to work no longer seems to. My own experiences with PCOS and perimenopause are part of why I’m so passionate about helping women through this chapter.
After more than 25 years in family medicine, I wanted more space to help women put knowledge into practice—with a plan, encouragement, and ongoing support.
My coaching brings together nutrition, mindset, and exercise. Together, we’ll build habits that fit your life and help you feel stronger, healthier, and more confident.
My coaching focuses on women navigating midlife, including perimenopause and menopause. A conversation about your goals can help us decide whether the program is a good fit.

You don’t have to be a beginner to benefit from coaching. Your exercise plan will meet you where you are and build on what you already know, with strength coach support throughout your 16 weeks.
We’ll also look at how your nutrition, mindset, and exercise work together—and what makes it hard to stay consistent. Knowing what to do is one piece. Having a plan that fits your life, support, and accountability can help you keep putting it into practice.
I’ve helped hundreds of women with weight loss through coaching and patient care. I’ve also helped medically manage a weight loss clinic, supporting patients through their weight loss journeys.
A meal plan and an exercise plan can help you lose weight when you follow them. But a plan alone doesn’t teach you how to maintain that progress and make healthier habits part of your life. That’s the piece so many diets leave out.
In coaching, we dig deeper into the roots of your struggles with weight and yo-yo dieting—from emotional eating and all-or-nothing thinking to the habits that keep pulling you back. Together, we’ll work on those patterns and build a lifestyle you can sustain.
I can’t lose the weight for you, and no program can guarantee your results. You’ll still need to show up and do the work. But you’ll have me beside you—coaching you, supporting you, and holding you accountable as you put your plan into practice and work toward lasting change.
No. We’ll work on nutrition and habits that fit your preferences and everyday life. The goal is consistency you can sustain, with room to learn along the way.
We’ll talk about your goals, what you’ve tried, and where you feel stuck. You’ll have time to ask questions and learn whether personalized coaching feels right for you.
